Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Customer Runtimes in Canada. You will lead a large team building scaled infrastructure for Drupal, WordPress, and Next.js sites, driving architectural decisions and cost- and toil-reduction initiatives.

You will guide delivery across projects, mentor engineers, and shape the technical roadmap while collaborating with product and operations teams in a remote-forward setting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing platforms running cloud-based applications at scale.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies.
• Production experience with IaC and automation tooling.
• Strong CS fundamentals and modern programming knowledge.
