Job summary

Index Search Group seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a diverse engineering team supporting automated test equipment, robotic test systems, and related solutions in Markham, Ontario. You will provide technical and people leadership across mechanical, electrical, firmware/software, and manufacturing systems, shaping team capability and performance.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background, hands-on automated test equipment experience, and a track record of guiding both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong preference for Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in electrical test environments.
• Experience leading junior and senior engineers in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technically diverse engineering team.
• Provide direction across mechanical, electrical, firmware/software, and manufacturing systems.
• Support product development and manufacturing with automated test equipment expertise.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers; manage performance.
