Position Overview

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services ( www.protecnium.com / en ). We are seeking a Senior Engineer Land Surveyor to join our team for a project duration of approximately 24 months, with potential extensions. We aim to place candidates in new projects upon completion to ensure continuity.

Role Summary

This position requires a dedicated, experienced, and professional surveyor with extensive civil project surveying experience. The role offers leadership opportunities and the chance to contribute to significant projects through precise data collection, analysis, and effective time management. Key qualities include adaptability, leadership, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey tasks in both field and office settings.
• Prepare and review field data for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct quality assurance on survey data to meet project standards.
• Develop survey reports and as-built drawings.
• Suggest and implement improvements to survey processes.
• Mentor and support survey team members.
• Manage company materials responsibly, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining the survey network.
• Collaborate with other surveyors to meet project goals.
• At least 8 years of experience as an Engineer Land Surveyor in civil, structural, or heavy civil projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Topography or related field.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Cyclone, and other survey software.
• Leadership experience in managing survey teams is advantageous.
• Experience with underground works is preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills across departments and management levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with advanced survey equipment such as Laser Scanners, Total Stations, GNSS receivers, and Digital Levels (Leica preferred).

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts.
