Job summary

• Seven+ years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or a law/professional services firm.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence lawyers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel roughly monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy group go-to-market plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage pitches, proposals and client reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Events teams.
• Budget development for the Energy Group.
• Provide strategic guidance to lawyers and support client relationships.
