Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering or technology.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles.
- Experience with EMC filtering and design across system and PCB levels.
- Experience with product certification and qualification testing.
- Experience leading EMC investigations and issue resolution.
- Experience with EMC simulation tools LTSpice, Mathcad, EMA3D.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of EMC-focused electrical systems and components.
- Develop EMC compliance strategies and certification plans with cross-functional teams.
- Perform EMC analysis, define requirements, review designs and support integration to achieve first-pass certification.
- Develop qualification and certification documentation, oversee EMC testing and analyze results.
- Drive continuous improvement of EMC design processes and efficiency.
