Job summary

D&S Electric in Williams Lake, BC invites an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator / Operations Manager to join our on-site team. You will lead estimating, plan resources, and oversee daily operations to deliver high-quality, profitable projects while maintaining safety and code compliance.

You will prepare material takeoffs, budgets, and tender submissions; coordinate crews, track costs, and drive improvements in planning, communication, and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Experience leading crews or managing electrical contracting operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, labour, costing, and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make independent decisions.
• Clear communication, practical leadership, accountability.

Responsibilities

D&S Electric is seeking an experienced electrical professional to lead estimating, project delivery, and daily operations.

We’re looking for someone who can prepare accurate estimates, organize crews and resources, and take responsibility for completing quality work safely, efficiently, and profitably.
