Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator in Vancouver to develop and coordinate the estimate plan, leveraging experience on data center projects. You will lead the total project estimate and drive risk analysis to support project decisions.

As part of a global project and cost management consultancy, you will mentor others, maintain local rate libraries, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver accurate cost solutions and build trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of Estimator experience with increasing scope in construction.
• Experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
• Lead the development of the total project estimate
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
