Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience with high-voltage or preventative maintenance work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for electrical projects.
• Review tender drawings to determine scope.
• Build relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Support pricing for change orders.
• Participate in improving estimating processes.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with Accubid or Platabid

Education

Electrical trade certificate, engineering degree, or electrical technologist diploma
