Job summary

Integriti Group in Montreal seeks a senior estimator for the construction electrical division. You will analyze plans, prepare bids, and collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate, timely estimates in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent French, has 10+ years in commercial electrical estimation, deep code knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, ACCUBID, ACCEO, and related tools. You will support PMs with change orders and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (oral and written) required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical estimation in the commercial sector.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices.
• Proficiency in estimation software and computer tools (Excel, ACCUBID, ACCEO, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of project management systems.
• Ability to produce "design & build" bids/proposals.
