Job summary

Ultra Maritime seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced electronics solutions for naval applications. You will work on low-noise preamps, high-speed digital telemetry, DSP, and RF design, delivering maintainable hardware and firmware per project requirements.

Responsibilities include documentation, cost estimates, customer interfaces, and guiding junior engineers. NATO clearance eligibility is required; a Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in senior electrical engineering roles.
• Ability to obtain NATO clearance for security-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test electrical/electronic hardware and firmware systems.
• Prepare design documentation and technical specifications.
• Coach junior engineers and participate in technical reviews.
