Job summary

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this dynamic role, you will lead complex electrical system design projects, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and drive the development of cutting‑edge solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing our system design capabilities, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, and maintaining technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that push the boundaries of electrical engineering technology.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and validation of electrical systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware integration.
  • Utilize advanced simulation tools such as ANSYS and MATLAB to analyze signal processing, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Develop FPGA-based solutions for high-speed data processing and control applications.
  • Create detailed electrical schematics and CAD models using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and other industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical components into mechanical systems, leveraging mechanical knowledge and CAD tools like Revit and Revit.
  • Program and debug firmware for embedded systems using ARM processors, C++, Python, Perl, scripting languages, and microcontroller programming.
  • Design system architecture incorporating programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and other automation components for manufacturing environments.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of electrical hardware/software systems to ensure reliability and performance standards are met.
  • Support manufacturing teams by providing technical guidance on system design, assembly processes, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Document all designs thoroughly in schematics, technical reports, and system documentation to facilitate seamless project handovers.
Experience
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering with a strong background in system design for complex electronic products or industrial automation.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with FPGA development, signal processing techniques, and firmware programming.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS and MATLAB for analyzing electrical systems and signal integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed schematics using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software; familiarity with Revit or MicroStation is a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge relevant to integrating electrical components into mechanical assemblies; experience with Revit or SolidWorks is advantageous.
  • Skilled in programming languages including C++, Python, Perl, with scripting experience for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to electronics assembly and testing environments.
  • Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), system architecture design, debugging techniques, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles as they relate to electrical system integration is preferred.
