Duration: 12 month contract + extensions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, electrical design, or a related field
• Strong experience creating and reviewing electrical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of CSA standards and other relevant electrical codes and regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting installation, commissioning, or start-up of electrical systems
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or automation-focused environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting electrical systems in the field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in assembly line or manufacturing plant environments
• Exposure to working with engineering consulting firms or third-party integrators
• Familiarity with control panels, sensors, and industrial electrical components
