In this role you will be responsible for growing and leading a team of Electrical Engineers focusing on the design and delivery projects for primarily Healthcare & Government facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Electrical Engineer with 10+ years’ experience covering both Design & Project Engineering / Project Management in the AEC / MEP sector.

The role :

• Acting in a client-facing role that will see them representing the business at high-level meetings and industry events
• Growing and leading a team of Electrical Engineers reporting into them
• Supporting with the development of proposals e.g site assessments, calculations
• Preparing project documentation e.g BOMs, costs, SOWs
• Carrying out and leading the production of electrical designs e.g lighting, LV distribution, fire alarms, UPS, emergency power, security systems
• Acting as Project Engineer during key stages of delivery
• Reporting on project progress to all stakeholders

The Person :

• Licensed Electrical Engineer – transfer of licensure from another state is supported
• 10+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering in the AEC / MEP sector
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• Active driving license
