As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to designing critical infrastructure that supports healthcare environments where safety, reliability, and innovation are paramount. • Lead and execute complex electrical engineering assignments with autonomy.
• Innovate by modifying established guidelines and developing new approaches.
• Solve unique design and field engineering challenges using creative thinking.
• Recommend improvements to design standards to reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Mentor junior team members and guide technical investigations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
• Manage mid-sized to large projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and performance goals.
• Prepare reports, cost estimates, and recommendations for design changes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead projects and solve complex engineering problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and load calculation tools.
• Experience in healthcare facility design is a strong asset.
