Job summary

BDO Digital is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to lead architecture for enterprise solutions and guide delivery teams. You will engage with prospects, design winning solutions, and mentor consultants while aligning with client needs and industry best practices.

You will drive design reviews, create implementation guidance, and stay current with emerging technologies, contributing to the growth of BDO's Dynamics practice in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years D365FO Functional Consulting/Solution Architecture experience.
• Broad knowledge of D365FO functional capabilities across multiple modules.
• Minimum of 6 full project lifecycles, from initial sales engagement through to go live, at 3 of which with a budget over $1M.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline preferred.
• Task Management and Project Coordination Skills.
• Coaching/mentoring experience.
• Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes.
• Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization and atmosphere.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and communicate with clients and colleagues at different levels.
• Ability to multi-task effectively while delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of enterprise-level business solutions and lead other team members in design, implementation, and QA.
• At the opportunity stage, advise on the best solution to prospects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the proposed solution.
• Ensure the overall solution architecture is sound and meets requirements during delivery.
• Drive project initiatives with the delivery team to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Mentor senior consultants and contribute to solution direction for the practice.
• Document solutions and transfer knowledge internally and externally.
• Support client testing and QA activities and conduct design reviews.
