Job summary

BDO Digital seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical / Development Team Lead to join the Solution Operations Practice, with flexible remote options for Canada. You will design and develop Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices across Azure, Power Apps, and related technologies.

You will lead development efforts, ensure quality, and align with client needs, while leveraging LCS and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations development experience.
• Ability to mentor/coach junior Developers on the team.
• Excellent in development using X++ and best practices.
• Knowledgeable on two or more technologies: Azure, Power Apps, SSRS, SQL, C#/.Net.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics systems to meet business needs.
• Accountable for development, enhancements, defect fixes and feature integration in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Identify design problems and propose elegant cross-technology solutions.
• Understand the D365 F&O tech stack and related Azure, Power BI, CDS, Power Apps, etc.
• Take a user-centered approach and iterate quickly.
