Qualifications

As a pivotal member of Nokia's DSP Algorithm Team, you will spearhead the development of advanced Coherent DSP and algorithms and implementation, driving fiber optic communication systems beyond 800 Gbps. Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in MATLAB and C programming languages
• Understanding of application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and field-programmable gate array (FPGA) design principles
• Prior practical experience with digital signal processing, including control loops and digital equalization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Effective communication skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Laboratory experience with real-time optical systems
• Knowledge of RTL/Verilog
• Familiarity with concepts in error correction codes and information theory
