Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior District Manager in Richmond, BC to lead and coach a Specialized sales team, recruit new Specialists, and develop retention strategies. You will manage relationships with key Branch Banking stakeholders and TD partnerships, while ensuring sales growth and regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong track record in people management, sales leadership and relationship building, with a solid understanding of financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years people management experience.
• Experience leading sales teams in financial services or banking preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Specialized sales team in applying sales management strategies.
• Recruit, select and retain new and existing Specialists.
• Develop new business and build key relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide sales training and joint field call support to drive results.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance within the team.
