Qualifications

• 7+ years of disaster recovery or business continuity experience.
• ITIL Intermediate certification.
• CBCP or similar DR certification.
• Hands-on experience developing DR plans and executable recovery runbooks and leading large-scale DR exercises.
• Strong understanding of RTOs and RPOs, dependencies, and validation of recovery objectives.
• Experience using scripting/workflows to automate recovery and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DR exercise design, planning, coordination, and execution.
• Create and validate DR plans, runbooks, and prerequisites with owners.
• Direct DR test execution and post-exercise reviews with remediation actions.
• Collaborate with business units to assess recovery coverage and dependencies.
• Develop and improve DR methodologies, templates, and dashboards for metrics.
• Provide executive-ready DR reporting and guidance to leadership.
