iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Director, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience in Quebec. You will lead the strategies shaping employee experience with organization-wide impact, partnering with executives to align talent, culture and people initiatives across the company.

You will analyze complex situations, guide decision-making and ensure alignment of programs with business priorities while fostering collaboration and innovation in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or transformational leadership (with 6+ years in people management).
• Advanced proficiency in English; role involves advising senior executives and collaborating with partners.

Responsibilities

What you'll accomplish with us

• Define and lead the talent strategy by developing and implementing an integrated vision for talent and leadership development, performance, equity, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning;
• Support the cultural transformation toward a learning organization by inspiring change, fostering agility and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation;
• Advise executives and Human Resources business partners on strategic decisions related to the development of people and teams;
• Lead and develop your team by engaging passionate professionals and people leaders and strengthening their expertise;
• Ensure the alignment and impact of programs and initiatives by connecting them to organizational priorities and measuring their concrete contribution to business results;
• Evolve the talent strategy to support the AI@iA ambition and anticipate the organization's future capabilities and talent needs;
• Represent the Talent and Culture function by demonstrating influential leadership within strategic forums and internal and external professional networks.

• Demonstrates strong expertise in project management and Human Resources process optimization;
• Is recognized for their business judgment, executive communication skills and ability to make an impact with senior leadership;
• Has at least 10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development or transformational leadership, including a minimum of 6 years in a people management role;
• Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves advising senior executives and collaborating with internal and external partners on a regular basis.
