As a Senior Advisor, Benefits and Retirement, you will play a key role in analyzing, recommending, and harmonizing benefits and retirement programs during corporate transactions and HR integrations. You’ll be part of the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency—Total Compensation, Technology, and HR Integrations—specifically within the Mergers, Acquisitions, and HR Integrations team, whose activities are central to iA Financial Group’s growth strategy. For positions posted in Ontario The typical hiring range for this position is between 86 298 $ and 130 157$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
