Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer this position is responsible for managing the Canadian regulatory affairs teams focused on internal compliance while supporting regulatory strategy and risk mitigation for Livingston and our clients. The Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs for Canada will have the opportunity to significantly impact change within the organization via amplified lobbying initiatives to rally support from industry associations, advocacy groups and grassroots networks resulting in a high level of exposure within the Canadian government. This role is hybrid and open to location
Required: Associates Degree or post-secondary education in Global Trade/Commerce or Logistics

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is 130,000-180,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
