This is a hybrid role, two days a week in office in Etobicoke, Ontario.
The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and systems support to the sales organization. The role serves as a central resource for sales representatives, sales directors, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders by coordinating day-to-day sales operations, managing Salesforce data and processes, supporting recurring sales reporting, and onboarding and training new hires. Work assignments require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service and operational effectiveness.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good‑faith salary range for this position is 37,928-57,034 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
