ONNI Group is hiring a Director of Commercial Property Management in Vancouver, BC to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties across British Columbia. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Management for Canada and drives building performance, tenant relations, budgeting, and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive commercial real estate experience.
• Proficiency with technology and computing.
• Strong interpersonal and reliability.
• Solid understanding of operational and financial aspects of property management.
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Develop relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead staff including property managers and site staff.
• Review financial statements, budgets, and leases.
• Assist with tenant moves and improvements as needed.
• Manage annual budgeting and bids for projects.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Leasing, and Construction teams.
• Provide on-call emergency response.
