Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a senior technology and product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for Lifemark’s Product & Platform ecosystem. You will align business goals with clinical and operational priorities across a national care network.

You will lead the Product Management organization, collaborate with Engineering, Data & Analytics, Security and Executive leadership, and drive a modular architecture that enables reuse and faster integration of acquisitions and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across digital product, technology or platform leadership.
• Experience developing product and platform strategies across complex ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and APIs.
• Experience with build, buy, partner decisions in healthcare technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product and platform strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Define target-state architecture, platform boundaries and APIs.
• Establish modular capabilities and reusable components across products.
• Balance build, buy, partner to meet strategic needs.
• Prioritize investments based on value, ROI and risk.
• Lead Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts.
• Drive measurable outcomes in clinician productivity and patient experience.
• Couple product strategy with data analytics and AI initiatives.
• Communicate portfolio status to senior leadership.
