Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or health administration.
• 5–10 years of formal leadership/management experience at director level or in surgical environment.
• Experience leading programs or managing units in a complex health care setting.
• Ability to lead change and align with strategic goals.
• Experience building teams for project work and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and financial administration across multi-site surgical services.
• Oversee capital planning and program planning for partnerships.
• Lead operational planning to support future partnerships and regional/provincial representation.
• Lead a team including Patient Care Managers and Project Leaders.
• Collaborate with Chiefs, Directors, and interprofessional teams to achieve goals.
