Job summary

ATB is seeking an Associate Director Loan Syndications to lead structuring, pricing, execution and distribution of syndicated loans for corporate clients in Canada. The role requires strong credit analysis and deal execution skills, with leadership responsibility on high-profile transactions and market engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• MBA, CFA or similar designation are strong assets.
• Experience in Canada with relevant industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate bankers and Investment Banking to originate new syndication opportunities.
• Perform due diligence, credit analysis, and build complex financial models to support financing structures.
• Structure, price, and negotiate existing syndicated loan facilities; coordinate with leadership on deals.
