  • Master's degree in health discipline, health administration or business administration.
  • 7–10 years of senior leadership experience with accountability for financial, strategic and people management.
  • Experience in acute clinical services and health system is an asset.
  • Experience with planning or delivery of large-scale hospital redevelopment is an asset.
  • Formal project management certification is an asset.
  • Formal change management certification is an asset.
  • Certified Health Executive (CHE) certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for planning, procurement, delivery and facility activation for Central Zone Healthcare Infrastructure projects.
  • Accountable for equipment planning and technology integration, operational readiness and PCOP development.
  • Collaborate with NSH Executive, CZ executives, DHW and Health Authority partners to shape infrastructure strategy and mitigate project risks.
