Wealth Management Data & AI is responsible for delivering a global data foundation and innovative AI capabilities across all of Wealth Management’s global businesses. To achieve this, we will need to build out a strong data foundation, regional AI capabilities, and leverage best-in-class technologies.

Job Summary & Description
As the Sr. Director, Data & AI Strategy, you will develop a strategic roadmap to mature the global data foundation and provide state-of-the-art data and AI capabilities to all advisors worldwide.

What will you do?

• Own the long-term strategy for WM’s data foundation and AI capabilities, supporting delivery of transformational initiatives across all regions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for emerging data & AI technologies.
• Identify frontier, game-changing capabilities to serve WM business ambitions.
• Build relationships with key vendors & consultancies to drive innovation.
• Partner with regional data teams to understand and define business goals.
• Serve as the WM representative for AI Innovation.
• Build strong relationships with WM leaders globally to ensure alignment and accelerate impact.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• Proven experience in delivering and executing transformational business strategies.
• Exceptional awareness of emerging technical capabilities globally.
• Experience deploying technology solutions into production environments.
• Strong data management, analytics skills, and experience in implementing initiatives.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to deliver data products and solutions.
