The VP, Data, Digital & AI Strategy will be a strategic leader and champion for Mevotech’s digital transformation journey—shaping ideal state digital capabilities for the business. Leading a team of 10+ catalogue data, digital content, and e-commerce professionals, the VP will spearhead and oversee the company's digital strategy development, evolution of next-generation catalogue data delivery, and digital asset procurement including customer-facing product content. They will lead AI strategic initiatives to enhance online presence and ensure a seamless and industry-leading digital experience.

The VP will oversee all digital marketing activations and influence digital capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence. They will enable our organization to scale effectively, driving digitalization, automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

The VP will work collaboratively across the business, requiring strong thought leadership, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder management. They will lead efforts to implement complex digital and AI transformation activities to increase profitability, productivity, and customer experience.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategic digital plans aligned with Mevotech’s goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure digital initiatives support organizational objectives and improve customer experience.
  • Drive digital transformation across the organization, integrating digital technologies into all areas.
  • Identify and evaluate digital & AI opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Develop a clear AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage an AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resources.
  • Lead assessments and programs to define ideal digital states and bridge gaps.
  • Oversee digital experience evolution, ensuring seamless, user-friendly interfaces and personalized content.
  • Guide technology adoption and manage vendor relationships to foster innovation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure security and privacy of digital assets and customer data.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure digital initiatives’ success.
  • Lead digital innovation to explore new technologies and trends.
Digital Marketing
  • Lead digital advertising campaigns and performance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with digital specialists to ensure holistic and effective digital ecosystems.
  • Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and implement innovative solutions.
  • Optimize campaigns through testing and analytics.
  • Advance Mevotech’s B2B digital marketing presence with innovative ideas.
  • Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities in marketing and client engagement.
Data & Catalogue - Content
  • Manage the catalogue team in creating and maintaining accurate product data and digital content.
  • Drive the design and optimization of Master Data Management solutions.
  • Lead the catalogue and data functions, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product feature understanding and marketing translation.
  • Lead in-house photographers and support image and data needs.
Qualifications, Skills, And Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years in digital strategy and transformation, with 5+ in senior leadership, preferably B2B.
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and strategic skills; proficiency in digital marketing and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Data Catalogue or Metadata management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Hybrid work environment – onsite at least 3 days/week.
  • Travel to facilities and events as needed.
