Reporting to the Vice President, Growth, Analytics and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the data, analytics, and customer intelligence capabilities that support strategic decision-making, customer experience, and organizational growth. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, transforming data into tangible business value. What You Will Accomplish with Us

As Senior Director, Customer Data & Analytics, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and implement an analytics strategy aligned with business priorities to drive growth, value creation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop customer intelligence capabilities by leading customer segmentation, advanced analytics, and performance measurement initiatives.
  • Enhance executive metrics, dashboards, and measurement frameworks, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) approaches, to optimize growth and engagement strategies.
  • Champion an integrated customer data vision by ensuring a single, centralized customer view and leading the evolution of Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities.
  • Oversee the development of advanced and predictive analytics models while promoting best practices in data science.
  • Ensure the development and continuous improvement of analytics tools, platforms, and capabilities that maximize the value of data.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, governance, and optimal utilization in collaboration with technology teams and business partners.
  • Engage, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team by fostering collaboration, innovation, talent development, and results delivery.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their strategic vision and ability to transform data into business value.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Possesses excellent influencing, communication, and collaboration skills when working with business partners and diverse stakeholders.
  • Is recognized for expertise in analytics, business intelligence, data science, and data management.
  • Has more than 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or data management.
  • Holds a university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, computer science, data science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Has significant experience managing professional teams in complex, matrix-based environments.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance, as well as knowledge of modern data environments, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence, is considered an asset.
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the successful candidate will interact daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking business partners.
