Job summary

RBC is seeking a senior Asset Servicing sales leader in Toronto to identify, develop, and implement new sales opportunities. You will drive strategy to bring RBCIS products to market, acquire new clients, and generate revenue.

You will partner across RBC to build a robust pipeline, own RFI/RFP processes, and engage at the C-level with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs/COOs. Travel may be required to Canadian cities for client meetings and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and/or asset servicing.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset for cross-Canada client work.
• Strong business development and new client acquisition mindset.
• Ability to engage at C-level across prospect organizations.
• Solid knowledge of asset servicing, operations, and fintech trends.
• Experience translating product/tech vision into executable programs.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a clear vision for sales growth across a defined territory focusing on new client acquisition.
• Serve as the strategic lead in discussions with CIOs/CTOs/CDOs/COOs on transformation and modernization.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from identification to opportunity ownership and meetings.
• Partner across RBC to bring OneRBC to market and build a high-impact enterprise pipeline.
• Identify market opportunities to expand RBCIS footprint with new products and services.
• Ensure documented pipeline for executive visibility into revenue targets and opportunities.
• Own RFI/RFP and proposal management for the opportunity portfolio; engage consultants as needed.
• Travel to Canadian cities, including overnight stays, as required.
