• Experience leading design teams and setting visual direction for branding, marketing campaigns and digital projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and multi-channel design work.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
• Oversee development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding and campaigns.
• Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing feedback and fostering collaboration.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating vision and strategy.
• Review and approve designs to meet brand guidelines and project goals.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
