Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Solution Architect - Digital to lead backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations powering web and mobile apps. You will design and evolve backend enablement services, work across cloud and DevSecOps, and drive architecture decisions with enterprise architects.

You will collaborate with product teams, define roadmaps, mentor developers, ensure alignment with business goals, and contribute to high-availability and security improvements

Qualifications

• University degree in information technology, software engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge & architecture experience in software architecture (micro / macro / monolithic), APIs & RESTful services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure) and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate solution definition within project and product teams.
• Participate in product selection when new technology is required.
• Develop standards and patterns with architects.
• Research, evaluate, and select software technology and product standards.
