WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Build, manage, and optimize six-figure campaigns for restricted and non-restricted verticals across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bing, Yelp, and LinkedIn, with potential expansion to emerging channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Create and maintain keyword targeting strategies; monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success.
- Identify actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive growth.
- Collaborate with vendors to execute and track digital advertising updates and initiatives.
- Export, organize, and analyze large datasets from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Marketing Automation, and open-source platforms.
- Maintain and update data trackers and forecasting models to support campaign planning and reporting.
- Conduct audience and consumer research across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social advertising platforms to identify and leverage the most relevant opportunities per channel.
- Manage and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers for integration with multiple marketing technology (MarTech) tools.
- Oversee conversion tracking using GTM to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to develop effective targeting strategies.
- Develop and implement new budget allocations based on performance data and business objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bing, Yelp, and LinkedIn.
- Proven success managing high-budget campaigns in both restricted and non-restricted verticals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data from advertising platforms, ERP systems, E-commerce and Marketing Automation tools.
- Proficiency with Google Analy tics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major digital ad platforms.
- Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager, including implementation and management of conversion tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of keyword targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Experience with exporting and analyzing large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with MarTech stacks and digital tracking infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination.
