Job summary

Concert Properties is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Digital Technology initiatives, taking projects from intake through close-out with disciplined, cross-functional delivery. You will partner with sponsors, BRMs, BAs, Digital Platforms staff, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining governance standards.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Platforms, Delivery & Governance, you will model mature PMO practices and drive portfolio alignment.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience delivering tech and business change from intake through close-out.
Bachelor’s degree in business technology, IS, CS, or equivalent.
Fluent in agile and hybrid (waterfall + agile) delivery with prudent judgment.
Strong governance discipline: plans, RAID logs, status reports, dependency tracking.
Proven track record delivering scope, schedule, budget, and quality on enterprise-scale initiatives.
Skilled stakeholder engagement across business, technology, vendor, and executive audiences.
BA fundamentals: requirements facilitation, process impacts, and when to bring in specialists.
Experience working with BAs, BRMs, Architects, and PMO.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of projects from intake to close-out within scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artefacts per PMO standards.
Apply agile or hybrid approaches pragmatically based on risk and complexity.
Coordinate with sponsors, BRMs, BAs, Digital Platforms, and vendors for delivery.
Manage risks, dependencies, and releases with readiness planning and sign-offs.
Ensure successful handoffs and post-implementation reviews with learned lessons.
