Job summary

Tetra Digital Group in Canada is building a regulated digital asset infrastructure with a focus on custody and a stablecoin ecosystem. This role reports to the Head of Operations and Treasury of the Trust business and drives day-to-day operations and initiatives for the CADD Stablecoin line.

You’ll own operational workflows, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives, coordinating with Product, Compliance, and Finance.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital assets or financial operations.
Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.
Ability to lead projects and manage escalations independently.

Responsibilities

Own operational workflows and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Field client inquiries and assist onboarding and ongoing support.
Drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
Design scalable, repeatable operational processes and procedures.
Provide support for electronic fund movements in assets and fiat, including FX and banking systems.
Coordinate with product and dev teams to launch updates.
Translate complex data into simple dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams (Client Service, Product, Finance, Compliance).
