Job summary

Mappedin is hiring a DevOps developer to scale our cloud infrastructure and streamline development processes. You’ll steer DevOps practices, grow and support the team, and partner with Product and Customer Success to prioritize work.

You will emphasize developer productivity, reliability, and security, using Kubernetes and cloud platforms, and applying AI tools to accelerate delivery. This role may involve in-person work at our Waterloo home office, with a focus on high-value projects that drive

Qualifications

• Understand the challenges of a rapidly growing company and steer DevOps practices to unleash customer value.
• Grow and support the team, collaborating with Product and Customer Success to plan and prioritize work.
• Care about developer productivity and best practices as much as service health and performance.
• Comfortable with Kubernetes and cloud providers.
• Use AI tools to ship solutions faster.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud providers, ArgoCD or other GitOps tools, Terraform or IaC tools, reliability and scalability, and SOC2 compliance.
