The Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the development and ongoing maintenance of products, driving both incremental enhancements and larger feature initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align on priorities, manage roadmaps, and effectively allocate resources to deliver high-quality results.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for both backend and frontend development with an eye for design. In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Driving the execution of high-impact projects with speed and quality.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of web applications.
• Mentor and support other developers, sharing best practices and fostering technical growth.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly AI and agentic tools, to integrate into product solutions.

You are highly interested in learning about or already have experience in:
