This platform ownership role shapes how we build, deploy, observe, secure, and recover in a licensed trust company.

You’ll own IaC, CI/CD, observability, secrets, and resilience. With 6+ years in DevOps and AWS/Kubernetes, you’ll influence security posture and audit readiness while shipping real

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Deep AWS (or equivalent) - networking, IAM, multi-account architecture.
• Fluent in infrastructure as code with Terraform as a first language.
• Container orchestration experience with Kubernetes/ECS.
• Experience with real secrets and identity management.
• Incident maturity: led outages, postmortems, and fixes.
• You write scripting/automation code to support engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure as code end-to-end, including AWS estates and Terraform.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment safety, and progressive rollout gates.
• Build observability: metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and runbooks.
