Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure services: Data Factory, Service Bus, SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Agile development experience and strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into plans.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and central platform teams for a stable platform.
• Provide technical leadership: architecture review, code review, reusable components, automation.
• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using Agile.
• Design integrations using Azure Service Bus, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and data migration.
• Enable AI-powered capabilities via Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Support production releases and platform reliability, triage issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and developer productivity.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps to support one of our premier clients—a leading global financial institution. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with strong communication skills. The candidate will work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ProductOwners and businessstakeholders to gatherrequirements, perform technicalanalysis, and developimplementation plans.
• Design and definescalable, secure, andmaintainable solution architecturesfor Microsoft Dynamics365 and PowerPlatform applications.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Networking, Exchange/Email, and CentralPower Platform Engineeringteams to ensurea stable, secure, and sustainable platform.
• Provide technical leadership to business-aligned development squads by:
  • Guiding solution design and architecture
  • Reviewing code and platform configurations
  • Developing reusable components, shared services, and automation
  • Driving DevOps bestpractices and CI/CD adoption acrossteams
• Develop and enhanceMicrosoft Dynamics 365Customer Engagement solutionsusing an iterativeAgile delivery approach, ensuring comprehensiveunit,integration, and regressiontesting.

Eligibility Requirements

• 7+ years ofsoftware engineering experience, including hands-ondevelopment of enterpriseapplications.
• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science ora related field.
• Experience with MicrosoftDynamics 365 CustomerEngagement.
• Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, plug-ins, andrelated architecture anddesign practices.
• Experience with Azureservices, including AzureData Factory, Service Bus, AzureSQL, Logic Apps, and Azure KeyVault.
• Experience with CopilotStudio.
• Experience with GitHubActions for CI/CD and C#/.NET.
• Experience workingin Agile developmentenvironments.
