Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with hands-on and leading Dynamics CRM projects.
• Experience with Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, Views, Reports, Ribbons, Menus, and Dashboards.
• Expert in developing custom Dynamic CRM Workflows and Power Automates.
• Expert in customization of Power Apps, Power Pages.
• Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integrate with Enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
• Conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
• Provide user and system documentation as required

Must Haves

• 10+ years of experience with hands-on and leading Dynamics CRM projects.
• Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.
• Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
• Expert in customization of Power App, Power Pages
• Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integration with Enterprise systems
