This role will focus on modernizing a legacy benefits management application into a modern, API‑compliant solution built on C#/.NET. You will work closely with a team dedicated to delivering high‑impact projects that align with our long‑term technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts to modernize legacy applications into C#/.NET architecture.
• Design and implement API‑compliant solutions to ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Perform hands‑on coding and development with minimal supervision.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database design, optimization, and integration.
• Utilize Azure services for deployment, scalability, and cloud‑based solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
