Job summary

DoorDash’s Superette team seeks a Sr. Designer to build a growth function and champion world-class design across channels in Canada. You will lead performance creative and contribute to the Design Language System to elevate our marketing outputs.

You will design for A/B tests, collaborate with product, marketing and brand teams, and translate data into actionable design strategies that drive conversions. This role reports to the Head of Design and includes equity opportunities and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in visual/digital marketing design focused on growth and user acquisition.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio shows performance-based design and strong typography, color theory, branding.

Responsibilities

• Drive creative for Canada, partnering with Growth and Co-Marketing to accelerate testing.
• Design and iterate performance creative across channels (email, display, social, paid search, in-app).
• Design for A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Contribute to modular asset frameworks and design systems across Canada.
• Translate data insights into design strategies to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and brand to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency as a design steward and stay current on industry trends.
• Experiment with AI tools and new design methods to improve output.
