FCC Canada is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead engineering during construction for the Ontario Line and related underground stations in Toronto. You will drive design management plans, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate across design, construction, and systems teams.
Candidates should have 15–20 years in design management for large-scale underground transit projects, with strong ESDC experience and familiarity with TTC programs.

FCC Canada, in a 50/50 joint venture with Webuild Civil Works Inc., will deliver the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations section of the Ontario Line. This includes the design, construction, supply, and operation of three kilometres of twin tunnels underneath Pape Avenue between the Gerrard tunnel portal and the Don Valley bridge, two underground stations (Pape and Cosburn), two tunnel portals, three emergency exit buildings, and a rail switch/crossover near Sammon Avenue.
The Pape Station connection will interface with the Toronto Transit Commission Line 2 subway and related works.
The project uses a Progressive Design‑Build (PDB) model, allowing greater collaboration between the project owner and contractor.
Salary Banding: $175,000 - $200,000
