Job summary

PACT is seeking a Senior Design Coordinator to support the Design Manager in delivering the Interim Infrastructure Sub-Program as part of the Accelerator Program. You will coordinate interdisciplinary design activities, ensuring alignment with requirements, constructability and cost considerations across multiple projects and teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of design coordination experience in construction, strong ownership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design coordination within a construction environment.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Strong ownership and accountability; ability to lead design coordination across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager in managing interdisciplinary design coordination per contract requirements.
• Monitor coordination activities and identify gaps and interfaces requiring attention.
• Ensure design teams align with project priorities, milestones and deliverables.
• Escalate significant design issues and risks to Design Manager.
• Coordinate and track design submissions through all project stages (concept through IFC).
• Support implementation of BIM Execution Plan and 3D model integration.
