Placements24 seeks a Senior Design Architect to lead design initiatives in Kimberley, Canada. You will oversee conceptual design for commercial and residential projects, guiding teams and ensuring artistic integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
• Demonstrated portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and rendering programs.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations in the Northern Cape region.
