  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Supply to develop forecasts at a SKU level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop consistent communication and processes with Sales leadership and Channel to ensure promotions are supported and forecast expectations are clear.
  • Assist Sales by analyzing order trends, highlighting items where forecasts do not match trends, and recommending adjustments.
  • Proactively highlight and communicate any risks to inventory availability, working closely with Sales to mitigate potential issues.
  • Continuously work to enhance internal processes and performance metrics, driving efficiency and alignment across teams.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience managing Amazon (AMZ) accounts is considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Power Query.
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Demantra, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to optimize processes and key performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and build strong working relationships.
What You Will Benefit From
