As a Senior Data & Trust Partner for TELUS Health you will act as a trusted advisor, consultant, change agent, and coach, building collaborative relationships with TELUS leaders. You will play a critical role in TELUS’ technology innovation, as you support strategic business needs. This role will also be instrumental in building, implementing, and managing new data and trust programs and initiatives from the ground up, covering a broad spectrum of privacy, data governance, and responsible AI functions to meet TELUS\' evolving needs.
Your daily work involves engaging in conversations with the business you support, offering creative solutions and influencing leaders to help them create sustainable, winning programs. You will manage change, enhance teams, and foster an engaged and inspiring workplace. You are resilient, pragmatic, astute, and collaborative. Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
