You will partner with business leaders, architects, data teams, and delivery teams to define requirements and prepare solutions for execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops to identify needs, risks, and success measures.
Elicit, analyze, and document business, data, functional, and AI requirements.
Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve outcomes.
Develop high-level solution concepts and future-state processes.
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to evaluate options and feasibility.
Document requirements, use cases, epics, processes, and data needs.
Support estimation by identifying dependencies and risks.
Prepare delivery-ready requirements and documentation.
Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
Act as advisor, guiding concepts to delivery-ready solutions.
